The TR408ADTCZ is the high Z-axis variant of TigerTec's TR408AD flat-table CNC router, purpose-built for workshops that require serious cutting depth alongside production-grade speed and accuracy. The 400mm Z-axis makes full-depth SIP panel processing, large-format 3D carving, and true double-sided 3D production achievable on a single machine — work that a standard-travel router cannot accommodate.

At the core is a 9kW Italian HSD spindle on an 8-position pneumatic auto tool changer, driven by Japanese Yaskawa servo motors via rack and pinion drive with THK HSR25 linear bearings, double-wiped on X and Y axes. The base is fabricated from 8mm stress-relieved steel, rectified and ground as a single piece, whilst the heat-treated, annealed steel gantry delivers the geometric accuracy that makes consistent repeatability possible at this price point.

The 1,300 × 2,500mm table operates across 8 independent vacuum zones — vacuum pump optional — and accepts mechanical clamping as standard, allowing swift transition between nesting sheets and fixture-based work without reconfiguring the machine.

Control is via a dedicated Windows PC pre-loaded with NC Studio. The machine ships with a full commercial licence of Vectric VCarve Pro, covering 2D profiling, nesting, V-carving and 3D toolpaths. Vectric Aspire is available as an upgrade for advanced 3D modelling and relief work.

On-site commissioning and training are available, as is in-house installation at Scott and Sargeant's showroom. The machine is covered by a 12-month parts and labour warranty and a 24-month parts warranty.
