SCM TI145ep eye-S Spindle Moulder

A class leading double tilting spindle moulder. Thanks to the brand new Eye-S Control, it has unrivalled precision and reliability with technological devices that guarantee a reduction in machine set up time, improved safety and ease-of use.

Console eye-S main functions:

Spindle Moulder Fence with mechanical adjustment - Fence with continous linear adjustment by handwheels accessible from the front of the machine: adjustment of entire fence in respect of tool diam. Adjustment of entry fence for thick removal. Mechanical readout for the adjustment Wooden tables and connecting plate. 250mm max. tool diameter.

Upper Mobile Control Panel - Can be easily reached by operator.

Inverter for programming of the shaft rotating speed from 900 to 10000 rpm controlled by NC.

""Flex one"" spindle moulder fence - automatic movement of entire fence with respect to the tool diameter by NC. Manual adjustment of the infeed table (removal) by means of hand wheel complete with mechanical numerical readout. Work table exclusion system. Aluminium tables with connecting bars. 250mm max. tool diameter.

""LL"" version with 2 cast-iron profiling extensions - total length of table 2500mm complete with fron support bar for large workpieces. Emergency pushbutton.

Aluminium fence instead of wooden fence - with connecting bars between the two tables.

Automatic star-delta start (electrical protections and USA-Canada versions)
