SCM TI145EP CLASS Tilting Spindle Moulder

The SCM Ti145 Class spindle has been upgraded to the latest technology in motors with the help of CNC router technology. The programming of the work becomes simple and effective with the electronic control with a 4"" LCD colour screen. Working modes: manual, semi -automatic and automatic with a memory capacity of up to 99 programmes.

The Electrospindle version has maximum available motor power from 3.400 rpm. An inverter controls the speed change from 900 to 12,000rpm. Not only does this machine have the electrospindle, the machine is available with 'Ready Control' for 2 axis in base of machine or 'Ready 3 Up' allows the operator to control 3 axis . The Fast Section table movement for larger diameter tooling is achieved via a hand crank negating the need for table rings.
