Compared to standard square knives Reinbold round knives have larger cutting surfaces - the resulting larger attack surface ensures higher throughput rates. The round blade can also be used / rotated up to eight times and thus allow double long service life. By using a round section both the noise level and required energy expenditure are significantly lower. Reinbold shredders are also characterized by the angled material flow, through which the material to be crushed is the rotor optimally supplied and then ground effectively.
