The NICRON DOOR 5X model is a simple, robust, fast and versatile machining centre with infinite possibilities in machining work thanks to its 5-axis head. It is specially designed for complete door machining: mortising, vertical milling, hinge milling, grooving, etc. ...... All this with a high precision provided by a powerful numerical control and servomotors that control the movement of all its axes.

This CNC has an 8.5 kW HITECO tool change milling motor mounted on the 5-axis spindle and a vertical milling head for door surface grooving. These highly precise and agile work units are specially designed to carry out work quickly and smoothly in the manufacture of wood or similar materials.

As a complement to all of the above, this machine incorporates an 8-position rotary tool change driven by a servomotor, mobile bars with suction cups for fixing the door and automatic loading belts.

WORKING GROUPS CARRIAGE

WORKING HEAD

DRILL HEAD

All drill axes rotate at the same time (right and left rotation).
