Casadei E550PM Edgebander With Pre Milling

The Casadei Industria E550PM Edgebander introduces track feed edgbanding at a level that has not been previously possible. The E550PM will apply coiled edges from 8 - 50mm high and up to 3mm thick. It can also apply strips upto 5mm. The E550PM can apply edges onto straight panels automatically, spreading glue directly on panel for PVC or veneer edging.

The machine has Pre Milling, automatic front/rear trimming cut-off, flush trimming as standard and a wide range of optional features including, Infrared panel heating, cleaning fluid, profile scraping, glue scraping spray polishing compound and buffing on both sides of workpiece.

Operation and functions are controlled by 7"" Touch screen control with storage for up to 99 programmes.
