Casadei E450 Premilling + Corner Rounding Deal

Part Number CSE450PMCRH

€18190.00

The Casadei E450 with Premilling and the standalone CRH Corner Rounding Housing together form a complete edgebanding and corner finishing solution — offering capabilities that were previously unavailable at this machine class and price point.

The E450 applies coiled edging from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm thickness directly onto straight panels, with glue spread directly onto the panel face. The diamond premilling unit — comprising two counter-rotating 48 mm cutterblocks — removes up to 3 mm from the panel edge before gluing, correcting any inaccuracies from the panel saw and producing a straight, clean glue line. An extraction connection and integrated blower clear milled debris from the panel face prior to the gluing phase.

The machine is fitted with automatic front and rear cut-off saws, high-frequency flush trimmers, glue scraping, and buffing units on both sides of the workpiece. A broad range of optional units is available, including infrared panel heating, radius scrapers, anti-adhesive spray, polishing spray, special trimmer guides for nested panels, and an interchangeable glue pot.

The Casadei CRH is a hydro-pneumatic corner rounding and trimming machine that processes 2 mm and 3 mm PVC, ABS, post-forming, and soft-forming materials. The semi-automatic cycle — insert, process, remove — requires minimal operator input and handles panels as short as 110 mm. Used in combination with the E450, the two machines provide a complete edge and corner finishing capability suited to small and medium workshops requiring high finishing quality without a large footprint.

Applications: straight panel edgebanding, coiled edge application, premilled panel edgebanding, corner rounding of PVC and ABS edged panels, post-forming and soft-forming corner processing, cabinet making, shopfitting, small to medium workshop production

Key Features:

— Diamond premilling unit with two counter-rotating 48 mm cutterblocks — removes up to 3 mm from the panel edge prior to gluing, correcting panel saw inaccuracies and ensuring a straight, consistent glue line
— Integrated blower and extraction connection on premilling unit — clears milled dust and debris from the panel face before the gluing phase, preventing contamination of the glue joint
— Glue applied directly to the panel face — compatible with both plastic and wood coiled edges, ensuring consistent adhesion across edge types
— Edge thickness capacity 0.4–3.0 mm, panel thickness 8–45 mm — covers the full range of coiled edging and panel thicknesses used in typical cabinet and shopfitting production
— Maximum coil diameter 800 mm — accommodates large edge coils, reducing the frequency of coil changes during production runs
— Feed speed 7 m/min — maintains consistent throughput suited to small and medium workshop production volumes
— Automatic front and rear cut-off saws — trim leading and trailing edge overhangs cleanly without manual intervention, maintaining cycle efficiency
— High-frequency flush trimmers — deliver a precise, clean flush trim on both faces of the workpiece with a 2 mm radius finish
— Glue scraping and buffing units on both sides — remove glue squeeze-out and produce a finished surface ready for inspection or despatch
— Casadei CRH hydro-pneumatic corner rounding unit included — processes 2 mm and 3 mm PVC, ABS, post-forming, and soft-forming corners semi-automatically without additional machinery investment
— CRH minimum panel length 110 mm — allows short panels and small components to be corner-rounded without manual workarounds
— Semi-automatic CRH cycle — insert, process, remove — requires minimal operator skill and reduces cycle time per corner
— Infrared panel heating option — pre-warms the panel edge surface for improved glue adhesion, particularly effective on dense or laminated substrates
— Optional interchangeable glue pot, scrapers, anti-adhesive spray, and polishing systems — allows the machine to be configured precisely for different edge materials, thicknesses, and finish requirements
— Optional special trimmer guides for nested panels — accommodates panels processed through nesting operations, which often carry routing residue on edges that standard guides cannot handle cleanly
